Shipping
We are based in the United States and ship orders worldwide. Once your order is placed, it will be processed and shipped within 7 business days. When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping fees. We do not have control over these charges, and they may vary depending on your location. If a package is delayed or rejected by customs, we are not liable for any associated costs or losses.
Pricing & Currency
All prices listed on our website are in U.S. Dollars (USD). If you are shopping from a country that uses a different currency, the final amount charged may vary based on your bank or payment provider's exchange rate and fees. We do not control currency conversion rates.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds, except where required by law.
Customers located in regions with statutory return rights—such as the European Union, the United Kingdom, or other countries with mandatory consumer protection laws—may be eligible for a return or refund in accordance with those regulations. If applicable, qualifying customers must notify us within the legal return window (e.g., 14 days from delivery in the EU) and return the item in unused, original condition.
For all other countries, please note that once an order is placed and fulfilled, it cannot be returned or refunded. PLEASE NOTE THAT ORDERS CAN ONLY BE CANCELLED WITH NOTIFICATION VIA EMAIL TO US AT SUPPORT@CODEMOTORSPORTS.COM. WITHIN 24 HOURS OF ORDER PLACEMENT. IF YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN FULFILLED AND SHIPPED OUT, YOUR ORDER CANNOT BE CANCELED.
Sizing
Before placing an order, please refer to the sizing chart provided on each product page. Sizing may differ from product to product and may not follow regional sizing standards. We are not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect size selection. If you are unsure, please contact us before ordering for assistance.
